New high tech Cable Command Vehicles. Start of training for the Polish Armed Forces at WZŁ-1

WZŁ-1 has just started delivering a two-day training for operators of new Cable Command Vehicles, a new essential component of Command Shelters in the strategic WISŁA program.

The training is addressed to soldiers of selected units of the Polish army, covering both theoretical and practical aspects as how to build a modern ICT infrastructure with such vehicle. Its purpose is to prepare operators to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment and ensure highest standards of interoperability and reliability of communications on the battlefield.

The scope of training includes:

• practical building and configuration of modern communications networks in accordance with current requirements of the Polish Armed Forces;
• comprehensive presentation of functionalities and operation of Cable Command Vehicles;
• preparation of operators to operate within IBCS system.

The following are responsible for the training implementation:

• Zakład Doskonalenia Zawodowego w Krakowie, for the training contents;
• Internal Training Section of WZŁ-1, for full organizational and logistic support.
