Jarosław Robert Kudelski, Ph.D., has multiple years of managerial experience, both in private business and in the public sector. In the years 2007-2017, he held a series of managerial positions in the National Bank of Poland (NBP), being responsible, inter alia, for communication with the public and for several NBP’s business projects. He was a co-founder and the first director of NBP’s Interactive Money Museum (Centrum Pieniądza im. Sławomira S. Skrzypka). Previously, he worked in the mass media/publishing sector for numerous years, heading, inter alia, marketing, strategy and advertising departments at Przedsiębiorstwo Wydawnicze "Rzeczpospolita" SA, Hachette Livre Polska, Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne and the Stock Exchange’s gazette "Parkiet". In 2017-2018, he was Director of the Communication Department at the Polish Securities Printing Works (PWPW S.A).

He has been involved in the armaments industry for several years: from 2018 to 2021 he was Director of the Department of Innovation and Engineering R&D in the Polish Armaments Holding (PGZ), responsible for the integration of experts and R&D projects. He was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CTM R&D Center in Gdynia, and Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PIT-RADWAR. In 2019-2020, he sat on the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Management and Command at the War Studies University in Warsaw. He completed a course for senior government representatives and managers of the European defense sector (SERA) organized by the French University of National Defense (IHEDN).

He graduated from the Warsaw University of Physical Education (AWF), obtained his Ph.D. in the history of philosophy and completed an MBA EXECUTIVE curriculum at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies.

In his personal life, he is keen on combat sports (holding a master rank of the Kashima No Tachi School of Japanese swordsmanship) and the history of the World War II (he published several books in this field, including "The Last Transport of Gold of the Third Reich" 2020, "The Lost Rafael" 2014, and "The Secret of the Riese" 2010).

Maciej Mieczysław Więckowski graduated from the Academy of Physical Education (AWF) in Katowice, as well as from postgraduate studies in European Financial, Economic & Legal Relations at SGH  Warsaw School of Economics, from Management in Public Administration at L. Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management, and from MBA studies at Lublin University of Technology. He also completed a series of training courses and seminars on Public Procurement Law, Negotiations in Business, and Finance for Managers.

He gained strong professional experience from his work for regional and local authorities, as well as for public companies. He was elected as Mayor of a municipal district in Warsaw, and held managerial positions at, inter alia, Dipservice, Radom Airport S.A., Radom Social Housing Association, and the Education Development Center.

From 2016 to 2022, he worked at AMW Sinevia Sp. z o.o., a construction company and contractor of the Polish Armed Forces, initially as Director of Department for preparation and implementation of construction projects, and starting from 2018, as President of the Management Board.

His hobbies include sport shooting, skiing and classical music.
