Field Mail Exchange Point PWPP

The Shelter of Field Mail Exchange Point - PWPP  mounted on HONKER 2424 van, has been designed to operate within a communication system of Command Posts. It ensures and enables to receive, store and distribute postal matters up to "SECRET" security classification level and the organization of landing fields for aircrafts. Moreover, it enables a complex connection to the Communication Node of Command Posts via radio and radiotelephone means, digital or analogue telephone terminals  and provides access to a local computer network LAN.  

FULL DESCRIPTION:  

The Shelter of Field Mail Exchange Post (PWPP) mounted on all-terrain van - HONKER 2424, is intended for operation within a communication system of Command Posts. It is fitted for operational use both on the move and on standby in temperate cold climate conditions within the group of devices classified as group N.7-UZ-II-A.

It provides and enables to:

receive, store and distribute postal matters up to "SECRET" security classification level;

organize in the daytime and night time of landing fields for aircrafts, guided by the optical signal and radio signal;

cooperate with elements of Mail Exchange Point (PWP) of own Command Post (SD), elements of Military Mail Station (WSP), commander and neighbours;

provide a complex connection to the Communication Node of Command Posts via radio and radiotelephone VHF/UHF, UHF means, digital or analogue telephone terminalsand access to a local computer network LAN.
